You have agreed to the following terms and conditions in order to use the Antiquechesscrafts.com website, which is owned by Oriental Handicrafts. At any time, Oriental Handicrafts maintains the option of adding, remove, edit, or modify these clauses.

1. We have made every attempt to appropriately reflect the colour of our products that show on the site. However, so because actual colours you see are determined by your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s colour display is accurate.
2. The User certifies that he/she is at least 18 (eighteen) years of age or has the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Antique chess crafts will not be liable for any damages incurred by users as a result of their use of antiquechesscrafts.com’s services. This includes, but is not limited to, lost income or data as a result of delays, non-delivery, missing deliveries, or service interruptions caused by the vendor’s act or omission. This disclaimer of liability also applies to any damages or injuries caused by any failure of performance, negligence, defect, deletion, error, omission, interruption, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorised access to, alteration of, or use of record, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, or under any other cause of action, whether for breach of contract, tortuous behaviour, or under any other cause of action.
4. If your order is shipped to any of the major cities where our sellers use “Private Courier Companies” (e.g. Fed Ex, DHL, Aramex, etc.) to dispatch it, Antiquechesscrafts.com will take “Full Responsibility” for it.
5. Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice at Oriental Handicrafts or the Purchaser’s sole discretion.
6. Antiquechesscrafts.com maintains the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for a product that is incorrectly priced or for any other reason. Regardless of whether the order has been verified and/or money has been received, this will be the case. The payment will be returned, and the user will be notified about it.
7. Antiquechesscrafts will not accept any complaints once the order has been delivered for 15 days.
