Refunds/Cancellation

* If you have any cause to cancel your order, please contact us. Within 24hrs from the time of order, AntiqueChessCrafts not provide any kind of return.

* The return will not be accepted if sent back without our knowledge and return authorized number.

* There will be no charges for restocking the return goods but the freight amount will be paid by customer for returning goods for any reason.

* The shipping charges will be deducted from the amount paid by customer for shipping from The Antiquechesscrafts Location to the customer location.

*If by mistake wrong product sent by ACC, you are requested to inform us ASAP so we can arrange the pickup of the wrong product and confirm you the dispatch of your actual purchase.

*If you find any damaged chess pieces during the first 5 working days, please contact us and we will send you new spare chess pieces at no charge.

* The refund will be issued to the same account or credit card from where we have received.

* If you have received any gift or accessories with the purchase should be returned back to us in same condition.

*If everything reaches back genuinely without any flaw the refund will be made within 5 working days.

*If customer has refused the parcel to accept the applicable charges of delivery cost, return cost, refusal charges and the custom charges will be deduct from the paid amount.

*Customize Orders are Non Refundable and Cannot Cancel.

*If the client’s account has been inactive for more than 30 days, the customer can contact us in any method that is most convenient for them. AntiqueChessCrafts will do everything possible to assist you.

* Item should be packed safely and properly and send back by the genuine shipping company which can be easily traceable.

* The address should be clearly stated, together with the postal code and phone number listed below.

*The AntiqueChesscrafts shall not be held liable for any package damage or loss during the return process. It is the customer’s obligation to pack it safely and send it to us using the best courier service available.

* If you send damaged pieces back to us without our knowledge, the return will be rejected. Please double-check that the merchandise is not damaged before returning it.

* The return policy does not apply to custom orders or clearance items. When returning an item, it is critical to have all original paperwork including the product certificate. The consumer is responsible for the cost of returning products.
